Apostle G. D. Numbere who was miraculously born again on 11 May 1969, had a vision which gave birth to the Ministry of Greater Evangelism World Crusade on 9^th September 1972. He had a vision and he ran with it. He shared the vision with others and those who dared to catch it ran with it. Over the years, many more have caught it and have run with it. Like Habakkuk, the vision is made “plain upon tables (in this book) that he may run that readeth it” (Habakkuk 2:2)
